How’s the old sleeping been going?

Probably good if you’re not involved in parafunctional habits like grinding your teeth! (or if you have small children—may I suggest coffee?)

How to know if this is you? The grinding (not the kids). Well, staying up all night isn’t a viable option, and if your partner is dead to the world when they sleep that’s no help either.

If you think you’re grinding, you probably are.

If we think you are, you probably are.

And if you are waking someone else (or yourself!) up, then you definitely are!

So, pop in and have a chat with The Dentist—for sleeps’ sake!

There’s no time like the present—especially if ignoring the possibility can result in poor sleep, cracked teeth, soreness, headaches….need I go on?
