Extractions

We can perform extractions of most teeth and tooth fragments.

We can also assess and perform extractions of wisdom teeth. Not all wisdom teeth require extraction. We usually advise extractions if these teeth are impacted (stuck) against other teeth, cause food to accumulate and are difficult to clean or cause periods of swelling, pain and infection. An assessment of a panoramic radiograph of your mouth is necessary to establish the degree of difficulty of extraction and if extraction is necessary.
