Broken Appointments Policy

Broken appointments are costly to our practice and unfair to other clients. To reduce the incidence of broken appointments, we now reserve the right to charge a full value of all future appointments at the time of booking, at our discretion. This fee will be forfeited in case of a failed appointment.

To give you a chance to update us on any changes in your schedule, we can also remind you of your appointments via sms, a few days ahead, in addition to the reminders one day before. Please let us know your preferred way of communicating with us (e.g email, phone, sms, fax, letter) to ensure you receive your reminders on time.
